A Season of Gratitude

It's been over a month since I have made a blog update. Our family went through some scary things and weeks with Daniel away so I tucked in a bit and stepped back. But here we are, in a season of gratitude. We are healthy, we love each other dearly, and for that I am so very grateful.

We kicked off our break with the Festival of the Trees with the Daffin family. All our boys get along so well. Their friendship has been a huge blessing of this move!

After Christmas trees and a birthday party, we drove to Atlanta to meet sweet Daisy

The boys are in love with their new cousin

So am I!

Jan and Heidi hosted a cookie making bonanza

It is so great living within driving distance of family again!

These wo cousins always have the best time!

My boys made Halloween treats at a Christmas Cookie Party. This went along perfectly with what Niko is asking from Santa; a Halloween store!

Most of the Hyde fam came and brought the festive spirit with them, as always!

This woman amazes me.  She amd Craig are simply the best parents possible. I am so blessed to call them family!

We drove home in time for a small family Thanksgiving, complete with parade watching, family PE, a full Thanksgiving feast, and football.

We have begun hanging Christmas decorations early this year and I love it!

On Friday we drove to Virginia to see Sherry

Our boys love their G-Momma so very much

When we got there, it was cold, but the weather quickly warmed up to a beautiful day!

Just a boy and his momma!

We have trimmed the tree, set up our yard nativity, and welcomed Boba the elf back into our home.  This season is truly one to be grateful for.
Jesus is the reason!
