Loving on Leaha

 

After nearly a year and a half, I was finally able to reunite with my constant companion, Leaha!!!

We spent nearly every day together for over seven years.  Workouts, dancing, raising babies, feeding turtles, grocery shopping, and ER visits.  We did everything together.  Saying goodbye to Leaha was one of the hardest parts of our move.

Alexander may have called her Heidi a couple times, but his love for Leaha shone strong.  She helped raise him for his first three years of life!

Niko took to Leaha immediately.  He even let me leave the room without crying!

From day one Leaha and Niko had a strong bond

We took advantage of our five days together.  We hiked, enjoyed the strip and downtown, and ran nearly every day.

Niko was thrilled to be big enough this year for all the fun

Leaha can't come back fast enough.  It just felt so right having her here!
