This is Our Home

After an amazing trip to Reno, we could not fly back across the country without spending some much needed time in our old neighborhood in Las Vegas.  As we stepped off the plane, Alexander turns to Niko, bends down to his ear and softly says, "We are home, Nikolai.  This is our home."

Our excitement on the plane was palpable

For two days, we were Parkies again.  From breakfast until dinner, we stayed at the park.  Climbing, splashing, running, laughing.  All the things, just as if we had never left.

Jennifer even ordered pizza to the park so we didn't have to go home for lunch.

Isaac has everyone working on their pogo stick skills

The newest Parkie, Robin.  This lady was prayed for long before she graced the scene.  She is a complete delight and a perfect addition to the group!

Robin's proud mama, Samantha

I was all smiles seeing so many of my most favorite people!

Throwback to our epic trip to Pahrump

Madison was able to pick up Niko, who is nearly as big as she is!

I was very excited that Katie was able to come with Grayson and Owen. They were my first friends when we moved to Las Vegas, and mean so very much to me!

Andy added a pool to his backyard!  When we weren't at the park, we were cooling off at Andy's house.

Niko was so happy to have his Aly snuggles back

This little guy was so much braver in Andy's pool than I've ever seen him with the water

Many pictures have been taken around this table

Obligatory Sushi and Panda Express night!  Just like old times.

The boys swam every evening after dinner

Besties for life

It was not easy to coordinate, but Jessie made it down to her old stomping grounds to share some big news and a fun morning!

One final meal before we headed to the airport.  Bagel Cafe did not disappoint!

Travel tired, but souls refreshed

Fun in the Vegas airport

The boys got along so much better with so many friends to share their energy.

Knowing we were heading home for daddy's return made leaving our Parkies so much easier.  Our family is complete and our hearts our full!
